In asana, we spend a lot of time on our legs. Many of the strength challenges are predictable and redundant. While there’s value in repetition, there’s also opportunity for injury, especially to the knees and hips. Plus, we miss out on the rewards that arise from variety. This Asana Lab is all about training and stretching the quads, adductors, abductors and hamstrings. The glutes will join the party, too. And guess what? We won’t practice Uttanasana.
