It’s not your imagination, your calves are tight. They’re overworked by improper footwear and underperforming glutes. Fortunately, there are several straight-forward techniques to help put a spring in our step. From modified asana to devilishly effective training exercises with a small ball, we can relieve tightness and functional weakness in the lower leg and feet. Not only will your calves and feet thank you, so will your hips, SI joints and jaws. You will definitely need a tennis, lacrosse or Pinky ball for this lab.
