Join Mary for a techniques class dedicated to “cues.” Many of us are working overtime to fit our teaching techniques to a digital studio world. Thus, even more of us are working overtime to figure out how to interpret instructional language without the benefit of in-person assistance. Mary will focus on how to use our knowledge of skeletal landmarks to frame safe, effective instructional requests on the mat. While a degree of familiarity with bony anatomy is useful, Mary will offer options that make sense for beginners and fellow nerds alike whether practicing solo or with others.
